1. There exists two completely different guests with the same exact name
When we find two completely different guests with the same exact name, we will create two customers in QuickBooks. The first customer will be just the first and last name, while the second customer we create will have the first and last name plus a timestamp of when the customer was created.
2. You have multiple Airbnb accounts and your guest made a reservation for a listing on each of your Airbnb accounts
If you have multiple Airbnb accounts and the same exact guest makes two separate reservations for separate listings, one on each of your Airbnb accounts, we will create two customers in QuickBooks.
3. The guest has more than one Airbnb account
Sometimes guests have more than one Airbnb accounts using the same name and they've made a separate reservation for your listing with each account. This happens sometimes because guests may be getting a reward for opening a second account or they perhaps have a negative review history on the original account and decided to open another one.
