My Connection isn't enabled. Why?

There can be various reasons for this. Here's the things you want to check to get your connection enabled...

  • Make sure your Airbnb account is set up properly and the password is correct.

  • Make sure your QuickBooks Online account and the Connection is set up properly. Go to the Connections Manager to check this.

  • Make sure that you've set up all of the listings in the connection that you want imported and make sure you've disabled any listings you do not want imported. If there are any listings that show with status "Incomplete", then the entire connection will not be active and your connection will be disabled. Go to your Listings Manager to check this.

  • Make sure that you have the correct subscription plan for the number of listings in your account and that your payment is up to date.
